   1. Identify and communicate with schools at all three levels
   2. Needs analysis of schools in Bahamas through online survey
   3. Develop & disseminate goals of Classroom Connections
   4. Establish Global Florida Team
2. Phase 2 (April - June)
   1. Additional schools invited to participate 0-15% of Bahamas schools
   2. Hands on Training
   3. Expand the Global Florida website
3. Phase 3 (July - September)
   1. Additional schools invited to participate 16 - 30% of Bahamas schools
   2. Participation in reading activities
   3. Expand the Global Florida website
4. Phase 4 (October - December)
   1. Additional schools invited to participate 31 - 50% of Bahamas schools
   2. Florida curriculum conferences
   3. Report on Year 1 of Global Florida is presented to the Commissioner
